Dear Valued Patient,

We understand the growing concern about Coronavirus/COVID-19 in our community. If you have an upcoming appointment at our practice and don’t have symptoms of respiratory illness, your provider can see you as scheduled. We are taking precautions in accordance with Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines to keep our patients and staff at low risk of exposure to communicable diseases. We are also screening all patients over the phone and in-clinic. Our receptionists provide surgical masks to patients who need them.

It is important to know that the vast majority of COVID-19 cases are mild or without symptoms. Like the seasonal flu, COVID-19 infection is more severe in patients with chronic underlying health conditions and the elderly. If you have mild symptoms we ask that you stay home. If your symptoms worsen or become severe, please call your provider. If you are able to manage your illness at home, we recommend you do so to prevent the spread of illness in our community. If you are experiencing acute respiratory symptoms and need care or might need to be tested for COVID-19, please call our office at (360) 377-3923. We will assess your symptoms and help determine if you need to be seen by your provider.
