During the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, which runs from October 15 through December 7, many patients have questions regarding coverage, plan options, and associated costs. We recognize that navigating Medicare can be complex, and we wish to keep you informed of important updates.

Beginning in 2025, provisions of the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) went into effect, with the goals of lowering prescription drug costs, expanding benefits, and helping stabilize plan premiums. Notably, beginning in 2026, annual out-of-pocket prescription drug expenses will be capped at $2,100.

While our office is not permitted to provide guidance regarding specific plan selections, we are pleased to once again host Seattle Insurance Group to assist patients with health insurance-related questions and provide you with detailed information on your insurance plan options.  Licensed insurance agents will be available on-site in our lobby every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., beginning October 13, and continuing throughout the Annual Enrollment Period. These services are provided at no cost.
